Door Contact Tracking Device

If no door movement is detected for 24 hours, the system will notify the control centre for follow up (Tenant can opt out this service).

Adaptable design to cater for the future needs of tenant if wheelchair is required, by freeing up legroom for cooking.

Health Data Collection & Monitoring

Tenants can measure and record their blood pressure, pulse rate and body temperature daily.
Alert will be triggered when tenant’s health data falls outside the pre-set personal parameters and our healthcare personnel will follow up with the findings as appropriate.

Lifted Up Outlets

All outlets, including electrical outlets, telephone jacks, antenna outlets, and broadband outlets are installed at a moderate height, making it easier for tenant to reach.

No-motion Sensor

The sensor tracks the motion status in the unit to detect if the tenants have been inactive continuously for 8 hours, and sends an alert to control centre for emergency attendance

(Tenant is required to pay for this service).

Emergency Call Response System

After pressing the button or pulling a cord that attached to it, the on-duty staff will immediately response and provide support.

Fire Protection Equipment

Sounder based smoke detector, visual fire alarm and sprinkler are installed throughout multiple areas of the home to ensure tenant safety.

Movable Floor Cabinet

Adaptable design to cater for the future needs of tenant if wheelchair is required, by freeing up legroom for taking care of themselves.

Thresholdless Shower Area

Provide barrier-free access to reduce the risk of falls for tenants, and facilitate wheelchair users.
